How much are you revising?
A lot of my poems I am completely cutting but sticking with the themes I originally had. I think I had better potential for some of these than where I started--hence workshopping the pieces. But how far I want to cut and go with them is insane. Does anyone else have this desire?

I'm doing the same with some of mine
I usually end up copying and pasting the original into a new word document and then go to town on it. I move around lines, delete lines, add new lines and then delete those, add more new lines.
Sometimes the original is recognizable and sometimes it isn't. Be careful though because I feel like sometimes you can get so caught up and fixated on fixing one that you realize it has taken up all of your time and you still have 7 others to revise.
I have come to learn that I am never 100% happy with any of my writing, I could always change something or edit it more.
