“Once upon a time”,

the little boy sang.

Dreams dancing not caged.

 Very hopeful of life,

a journey not bound.

A heroes mind made.

Love endless in dreams.

Lights flicker close by,

the echoe of beeps

fill, trapping, the space.

Slow, darkness creeps in,

Light begins to sleep.

The story fades out,

the laughter fades out,

his mommy fades out.

Hard, clenching in his,

The fingers held tight.

My baby, it’s okay.

I always will love,

you never stop the

dreams dancing in your

head. Always, keep it.
